What is the difference between manual and automated log collection?
Manual collection means you upload a log file when you need an analysis. Automated collection means KnightHawk retrieves logs on a configured schedule and delivers reports without manual uploads — available on the SMB Business plan ($199/month or $2,000/year).
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. All three SMB plans are available billed annually at a discount versus paying monthly: SMB Starter is $500/year, SMB Growth is $1,000/year, and SMB Business is $2,000/year — a savings of roughly 15% compared to the monthly rate. Use the Monthly / Annual toggle above the plans to compare.
What log types does KnightHawk support?
